I no longer think self-judgment is a sign of weakness and something to avoid
Instead I see the self-judgments that my human self is thinking as a healthy indicator that I am doing something in my life that is contradicting an old believe I once held.
The awareness of this judgment is being shown to me because whatever I am desiring to do right now, my human self is not holding a supporting belief within. This awareness is not a weakness but a blessing!
I no longer try and elevate my self-judgment into a higher vibration first...
Instead I choose to see and feel exactly what the self-judgment is ⇩

➪ How does it make my human self feel?
I get ‘down’ with my judgment even when it feels super uncomfortable and then after embodying all of the ‘lower self’, I choose to elevate it into a higher vibration. This simple action is what allows my human self to no longer be attached to the judgment. It now has the opportunity to transcend it from lower vibration to higher vibration.
I no longer allow self-criticism to be something that paralyzes me from moving forward
Instead I see the self-criticism as the point of self I get to focus on. When I bring my attention to the part of me that is criticizing, I have the ability to help it know something different.
When I spend time with this aspect of me it allows movement vs stagnation. It allows me to identify for my human self where it’s thinking is old and outdated and does not have a place here anymore.
When I allow myself to change my relationship to self-judgment and self-criticism, my whole reality changes
The experiences I once had soon become no more. The self-judgments I found myself within become easier to navigating and something I am able to transcend. The self-criticism becomes less and less and I don’t find myself in states of paralyzation and fear.
